Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled for 4 hours after they are placed. After that point cancellation is not possible when the order enters the production cycle.

Artwork & Design: From the time order is placed, It takes roughly 2-3 business days for us to create artwork and start production.

Custom thermos

Great customer service - after the order was placed I didn’t receive a tracking number (about a week later) so I emailed them and they responded very quickly with a tracking number. The thermos came and it was really cute! It’s a gift so it has not been used yet! I definitely recommend .. just make sure to order a few weeks before it’s needed!

Not happy with this brand

The artist who made the picture is great and I think it looks great but it’s been over a month since I ordered and I still haven’t received anything. Not even new tracking information
