Upload your favorite pet photo and our designers will create an amazing artwork for you. The artwork will be printed on a high quality, stainless steel bottle, that keeps your favorite beverage hot or cold for up to 12 hours.

No dishwasher. Hand wash with soap. Do not microwave.

	Upload your pet's photo(s). Use clear, unobstructed photos.
	Our artists will cleanup the photo and create a digital artwork.
	The custom item is then produced and shipped to you!

Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled for 4 hours after they are placed. After that point cancellation is not possible when the order enters the production cycle.

Artwork & Design: From the time order is placed, It takes roughly 2-3 business days for us to create artwork and start production.

Great customer service - after the order was placed I didn’t receive a tracking number (about a week later) so I emailed them and they responded very quickly with a tracking number. The thermos came and it was really cute! It’s a gift so it has not been used yet! I definitely recommend .. just make sure to order a few weeks before it’s needed!
